David Dingwall is a Senior Investigating Solicitor for the Insolvency and Trustee Service of New Zealand. Prior to this, he was part of the commercial property team at Wynn Williams in Christchurch, and also served a short period as a Senior Legal Advisor to the Earthquake Commission. In his role, David handles the most complex legal referrals from Insolvency Officers for further investigation and dispute resolution or civil court proceedings where necessary, from simple contributions cases to overseas bankruptcy recognitions and Ponzi scheme recoveries.

Krystle Kalivati has been with the Insolvency and Trustee Service for 15 years, starting out as an Insolvency Officer in the Wellington complex team, before turning her hand to various management and project roles within ITS.  In 2021 Krystle was appointed the Team Leader of the Quality and Service Improvement Team, this team is responsible for business analysis, quality assurance, and information and education services for the ITS.
