Both based in Christchurch, Holly and Robin will provide an important South Island perspective and help ensure the unique opportunities and challenges faced by practitioners in the South Island, a region where a significant number of our members are based and/or practice, are well represented.

Holly Cassin is a Principal in Dispute Resolution and Insolvency at Cavell Leitch. Prior to joining Cavell Leitch, Holly began her career in the insolvency team at BDO Christchurch, where she worked for five years. During this time, she advised many of New Zealand's major banks across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, construction, hospitality, and commercial property.

Robin Crimp is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner who recently established his own practice, RAC Insolvency. Robin has extensive insolvency experience, having worked at Deloitte and PwC (now Teneo) in New Zealand, as well as Smith & Williamson in London, United Kingdom.

RITANZ is committed to ensuring the needs and interests of our members are well represented throughout New Zealand, and we are thrilled to welcome Holly and Robin to the Board. We look forward to the valuable insights and expertise they will bring and the contribution they will make to the governance of RITANZ.
