RITANZ – Committees

RITANZ has a number of Committees set up comprising of Board Members and in some instances secondees from the Industry to ensure that we achieve our mission and objectives and bring our members a professional and quality service delivery.

All of our Committee Members are made up of Board Members who volunteer their time and efforts.
 

Conference & Networking

RITANZ holds regular networking events and puts on a high calibre Annual National Conference. Our Committee invests a great deal of time preparing for this and selecting the most relevant topics and experts in the field to present on these topics to our membership base.

These events provide members with an invaluable networking resource and opportunity to earn CPD hours towards their professional development.

Education 

A key objective for RITANZ is to provide our members with ongoing education to meet their CPD requirements and ensure consistently high standards of practice are maintained in the industry.

Our Committee is committed to introducing an educational platform and pathway for RITANZ members from 2018 onwards. There are some exciting developments underway and members will hear more on this at our events throughout the year.

Steering

A joint steering committee was established by RITANZ and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand to maintain oversight of the initiatives contemplated by the Agreement between these parties.

Branding

Regulatory Affairs

This Committee handles several aspects of our membership – from Code of Conduct through to all Complaints lodged against our Members and all legislative aspects and the Rules of RITANZ.
