MSD have Early Response Teams across the country who are dedicated to helping businesses considering a reduction of staff hours, restructuring, or making people redundant. Called Redeployment Support, the free service supports employers by offering affected staff the following:
Connect affected staff directly with employers and jobs
Provide access to upskilling opportunities
Update CVs and provide tailored career advice with our partners
Assist with the transition into new employment
Advice on MSD employment and financial entitlements

We think this is a great service for members who can use this in formal insolvency situations where you may be making staff redundant or in restructuring situations where you are working with clients who are making staff redundant.
