Presenters: Victoria Anderson, Corporate Partner at Morrison Mallett

Victoria advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, shareholder arrangements and restructuring.

She has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, with particular focus on in-bound investment into New Zealand and the primary industries, and has acted on a number of significant distressed asset restructures, sales, administrations and receiverships.
