Tim is a litigation partner at Bell Gully. He is an experienced commercial litigator with extensive experience advising banks, insolvency practitioners, creditors and directors in contentious insolvency situations.
Nick is a senior associate at Bell Gully. He has experience advising banks, liquidators, receivers and creditors on matters relating to insolvency and enforcement including the validity, priority and enforcement of security and taking recovery action in liquidations and receiverships. He is a contributing author of Heath and Whale on Insolvency, and was named a ‘Rising Star’ in restructuring and insolvency in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2020.
